Rikke founded Styleworks in 2002 to deliver cutting-edge interior design that rekindles functional design in new and creative ways. In the ensuing years, Styleworks has built its brand on the use of novel material and finishes and a synthesis of tradition and innovation.

Born in Denmark and educated in Copenhagen and Denver, Colorado, Rikke’s work is a culmination of international and regional aesthetics. She received her BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Colorado as well as a Business diploma in Marketing from Niels Brocks Business College in Copenhagen. Extensive experience in the Danish kitchen and furniture industry as well as two decades of work experience in the US has allowed Rikke to foster a unique understanding of place and context at multiple levels

Rikke is known for her clarity of detail, hands-on approach and her ability to bring projects in on schedule and budget. Under Rikke’s leadership, Styleworks has developed a reputation for collaboration, responsiveness, commitment, and work that surprises, delights, and engages at all levels.
