8x8 2013: Building Community / Community Building
Description:
Please join Women in Design for our 8th Annual 8x8!
Eight speakers will speak for eight minutes each on the power of design in building community. Speakers come from various backgrounds related to the design and construction industry including architecture, urban design and planning, engineering, interior design and landscape architecture.
There will be an hour long reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvres beginning at 5:30 pm and the presentation will begin at 6:30 pm with a brief question and answer period at the end.
