About the Event:

EBECC in conjunction with IIDA is hosting an incredible series called “Conscious Conversations”. They are bringing in an organization called Building Bridges for a 3-part series of professionally facilitated educational discussions around personal and professional development in understanding DEI related topics. Thanks to generous sponsorships and with the intention of keeping inclusivity top of mind, these events will be free to attend. 

The first event on April 14th will examine the role of cultural and emotional intelligence in personal and professional DEI development.  This series is meant to build upon each session and attendance will be a prerequisite.
